Malatesta is one of the city’s original stencil artists, and a founding member of the Hollywood in Cambodia collective. His talents in illustration and painting are captured in pasteups and stencils, and his street works usually incorporate several different techniques.
Off the streets his works capture his work is created using unconventional techniques and eclectic imagery, on paper, canvas and found objects such as scrap metal and wood he recovers from the streets.
